Desired: - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - Experience with hands-on implementation of any ServiceNow native AI capabilities - Direct experience handling implementations of AI within ServiceNow - Proven experience of defining and capturing measurable outcomes (metrics of value) Comments for Suppliers (Use this area to provide any additional comments to all suppliers.
