Job DescriptionAbout the Role
As a Logistics Security Manager, you ensure adherence to global policies, standards and local legislation in order to maintain safety, security and information security standards within the region.
This role reports to the Regional Logistics Security Manager.
A Day in the Life
Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities*
- Act as a representative within the region, raise awareness and promote a culture of security and safety.
- Implement and monitor global and regional security and safety policies and standards, including crisis management
- Oversee activities to ensure DC buildings are providing appropriate security and safety control measures including access control
- Ensure compliance with global and regional safety and security policies, standards, requirements, local legislation including Code of Ethics program and Travel risks.
- Define local DC LP guidelines, follow up on shrinkage results, LP strategies, oversee investigation, coordination annual stock take
- Conduct regular DC security and safety audits, follow up (at own and 3PL sites and split points), ensure implementation of foals and action plans
- Investigate, classify or support investigations of security incidents
- Coordinate and follow up all Safety and Security trainings
- Local security teams: Safety/security policies
- DC employees: Safety and security policies
- Included good understanding of CRP from local management and conducting yearly crisis training to the relevant people
- Set and secure plan for recruitment, succession and talent development for your teams
Who You Are:
- Profound expertise in safety, security and DC operational processes, also cross functionally
- Solid understanding of global policies, standards and local legislation, including security requirements and Code of Ethics program
- Proactivity in identifying and solving potential risk areas with regards to health and safety as well as overall compliance
- Solid analytics and problem-solving skills
- Holistic view to look at the bigger perspective with a visionary approach.

Compensation: salary range is $98,957 - $111,326 annually**
