Business Analyst with Trade Finance Experience Charlotte, NC FTE Job Description: Financial Services Business Analyst ,Financial Services Domain Consulting Group is seeking Business Analyst with good experiences working in Digital Banking (Corporate, Community banking and Investment Banking) subdomains. The resource will be joining our financial services domain consulting team, this is a specialized team with expertise in supporting Banking, Capital Markets, Cards & Payments, Mortgage etc. domain projects. Candidate will be responsible to discover and define the problem statement, evaluate the solution options, and make recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education At least 6 years of experience in Information Technology. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Raleigh, NC or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations. U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor currently. Preferred Qualifications At least 4 years of experience as Product Owner in the Banking / Digital application. Strong understanding of Open banking architecture and reusable API's which shall be used across digital channels. At least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis tools like HP ALM and MS Visio At least 2 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process At least 3 years of experience in requirement elicitation techniques like JAD/sessions, workshops, interviews, surveys etc. At least 3 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment At least 3 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process Experience in providing product demos to key stakeholders. Partner with scrum teams on rollout and post-production support. Good understanding of Corporate, Investment Banking Digital application and business process Analytical and Communication skills Planning and Co-ordination skills Experience with project management Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.
