Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our team at Cumberland Valley Pediatric Dentistry in Camp Hill, PA. In this role, you will work closely with our dentists and clinical staff to assist in the delivery of high-quality care for our pediatric patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during clinical procedures, ensuring patients are comfortable and well-cared for.
• Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and supplies.
• Ensure sterilization of instruments and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Manage and stock dental supplies.
• Provide support to the dental team in various clinical tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate will be upbeat, team oriented, help to create the best dental experience for all our patients every visit, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

Monday: 8:00 am- 5:00 pm

Tuesday: 7:00 am- 4:00 pm

Thursday: 7:00 am -4:00 pm

Friday: 8:00 am- 3:00 pm

Requirements:

What You'll Bring:

• Graduate of a Dental Assistant program
• PA X-ray License or ability to obtain one within 6 months of hire
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills that contribute to the team spirit and put patients at ease
• Keep abreast of and follow OSHA, HIPAA, and Infection Control procedures

A Plus If You Also Have (preferred, but not required):

• Prior experience using dental software including Open Dental
• Flexibility to occasionally travel to different office locations.
