Brand Marketing Director

FT/Direct Hire Remote w/ occasional team meetups in Los Angeles *Must be in Southern CA or commutable to Los Angeles for meetups $130k-$150k Women's Active/Swimwear Company

Overview As our Brand Director you will play a critical role in driving brand consistency and execution across all customer touchpoints and developing strategies to elevate brand awareness and loyalty. This position is ideal for someone passionate about brand storytelling and who thrives on creating impactful brand experiences and working cross-functionally to ensure all activities are on-brand. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to build a cohesive brand presence that resonates with our target audience, differentiates us in the market and serves as a foundational role in the next stage of growth.

Responsibilities • GTM Campaign Management and Execution: Collaborate with CMO and CEO on Strategy for Brand Campaigns (Seasonal, NPI, etc), handling cross-functional management, operational planning, and execution of campaigns that drive brand awareness, foster customer loyalty and boost revenue. • Brand Consistency: Oversee and maintain brand coms and guidelines to ensure consistency in messaging, visual identity, and tone across all channels • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to align brand messaging and deliver a cohesive customer journey. • Cross-Functional Calendar Management: Own the master marketing calendar, coordinating with product, retail, and creative teams to ensure timely execution of launches, campaigns, and key initiatives. • Ambassador Program & Community Building: • Events Plan and manage high-profile brand events, including product launches, influencer gatherings, and exclusive brand activations. • Content Management & Production-Oversee content creation including photoshoot production and execution across channels, collaborating with creative teams to develop visually and editorially consistent brand assets.

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field. • 5-7+ years of experience in brand marketing, with a strong background in brand strategy, brand management, experience, and campaign management. • Proven success in building brand awareness, ideally in consumer-focused industries • (e.g., fashion, beauty, lifestyle). • Strong analytical skills with experience in consumer insights and market research. • Exceptional communication and project management skills. • Passion for brand-building and creating meaningful customer experiences.
