Corporate/Business Transactional Attorney

A law firm in San Francisco is seeking an experienced Corporate/Business Transactional Attorney proficient in business and corporate transactions. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in drafting and negotiating various transactional documents, with a focus on real estate transactions being advantageous.

Duties:

1. Handle business and corporate transactions, including limited liability company and partnership formation
2. Negotiate and draft buy-sell agreements, entity conversions, and asset purchase agreements
3. Provide legal counsel on real estate transactions, including leases, purchase and sale agreements, ground leases, and easement agreements
4. Conduct legal research and analysis to support transactional matters
5. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to achieve their business objectives

Requirements:

1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
2. 8+ years of experience in business and corporate transactions
3. Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating transactional documents
4. Proficiency in limited liability company and partnership formation
5. Knowledge of real estate transactions is advantageous
6. Strong understanding of business and corporate law principles

Education:

Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school

Certifications:

Relevant certifications related to corporate law or real estate law are beneficial
