The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for achieving delivery targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, through Sourcing Services’ recruitment process. Job responsibilities will include visually pre-screening candidates, phone screening candidates based on identified qualifications, under Lead Recruiter guidance perform passive sourcing, which may include name generation, cold calling, and Boolean searching, as well as introducing a client’s value positions through clear and consistent communication. Sourcing Specialists will also be responsible for various administrative functions of the recruitment process.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Visually screen, phone interview and present candidates to meet client needs and expectations in a timely manner
- Under Lead Recruiter guidance, perform passive sourcing, which may include name generation, cold calling and Boolean searching
- Manage relationships with candidates
- Participate in kick off, touch point, and wrap up calls to understand criteria, requirements and feedback for position
- Maintain and document candidate communication within the designated ATS (Bullhorn) and the Sourcing Services team process
- Follow recruitment process as documented for assigned projects
- May be asked to maintain job postings on internet site and social media networks, less than 20% of time
- Provide project updates as requested by management
- Complete all administration functions of the recruitment process
- Participation in trainings
- Participation in team meetings

Required Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience sourcing cleared candidates
- 1+ year of Technical Recruitment experience or Minimum two years of recruiting experience or vast knowledge of the technology industry
- Intermediate skill in interviewing techniques and general recruitment practices.
- ATS systems and Job Boards –
- The ability to create Boolean search strings
Material and Equipment Directly Used
Requires the use of office equipment, including desktop or laptop computer with docking station, monitor, keyboard and mouse, fax, copier, and telephone.
Working Environment/Physical Activities
Office environment: some travel may be required. Travel requires the ability to transport a laptop and peripherals and handheld device.
