In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Analyze marketing performance data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and support strategy development. Track and report on key metrics across channels (email, social media, PPC, website) to provide insights into customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on campaign performance, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Design, build, and maintain dynamic dashboards using Looker, Power BI, and other data visualization tools.
  • Create custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce to track lead funnel metrics, ROI, and other KPIs essential to the marketing team.
  • Develop and document data analytics best practices, processes, and methodologies to improve efficiency and reliability of insights.


The essential requirements of the job include:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in a marketing analytics or similar data-focused role.
  • Proficiency in Looker, Salesforce (SFDC), and Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics, digital channels, and data-driven strategy. - Experience with Google Analytics/GA4, and GSC

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
  • Experience with SQL or similar query languages.
  • Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms like Marketo.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from large datasets.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.


The salary range for this role is $95,000 - $115,000 USD Annual. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
