Commercial Litigation Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 4-8 years of experience in Labor & Employment or Commercial Litigation to join their Boston office. The ideal candidate will be admitted to the Massachusetts bar and ready to take on significant responsibilities within the firm.

Location:

Boston, Massachusetts

Duties:

• Handle a variety of labor, employment, and commercial litigation matters.
• Draft, review, and manage legal documents related to litigation cases.
• Represent clients in court, as well as in mediation and arbitration.
• Conduct legal research and provide counsel on complex litigation issues.
• Work closely with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies.

Requirements:

• 4-8 years of experience in Labor & Employment and/or Commercial Litigation.
• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar (required).
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Massachusetts Bar (required).

Skills:

• Proficiency in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research.
• Strong litigation and courtroom skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and client communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
