Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 4-8 years of experience in Labor & Employment or Commercial Litigation to join their Boston office. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced legal practice. The ideal candidate will be admitted to the Massachusetts bar and ready to take on significant responsibilities within the firm.
Location:
Boston, Massachusetts
Duties:
- Handle a variety of labor, employment, and commercial litigation matters.
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents related to litigation cases.
- Represent clients in court, as well as in mediation and arbitration.
- Conduct legal research and provide counsel on complex litigation issues.
- Work closely with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies.
Requirements:
- 4-8 years of experience in Labor & Employment and/or Commercial Litigation.
- Admission to the Massachusetts Bar (required).
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Active membership in the Massachusetts Bar (required).
Skills:
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research.
- Strong litigation and courtroom skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and client communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
