Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives and propel projects towards not successful but the best execution.

About the role

As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating technical projects within our dynamic environment. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of different e-commerce projects.
2. Collaborate effectively with diverse teams to understand project requirements, coordinate resources, and maintain project momentum.
3. Manage project risks, anticipating potential roadblocks, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
4. Assign team members to each project ensuring a balance within workload and quality.

Requirements

1. Minimum of 4 years of project management experience within technical or IT-focused industries.
2. Experience with e-commerce projects would be GREAT!
3. Advanced level of English, all accounts will be US Based.
4. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools such as Jira and Asana.
5. Understanding of security principles and their integration into project management practices.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to navigate diverse team dynamics effectively.
7. Proven track record in delivering projects on time and within scope while upholding quality standards.

About the process

The overall process is 3 hours across 3 separate days of meetings:

1. Intro call with the kala team (30 minutes): Know more about you and share more about the opportunity.
2. Initial meeting with the Technical Team (30 minutes): Discussion centered on your experience and alignment with our projects.
3. Final Interview with Leadership (30 minutes): Aligning aspirations and goals.
