Pinterest is a visual platform, and Pinterest Labs develops the technology that powers Pinterest. As the Product Manager for Visual AI, you'll help build what's next, working on foundational capabilities for visual generation as well as the product applications that solve Pinner and Advertiser problems.
What you'll do:
- Develop and execute a cohesive strategy for Generative Visual capabilities and applications in close partnership with Research, Product, Engineering, Design, Executive, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Build innovative features and prototypes applying emerging technologies to solve Pinner and Business problems.
- Collaborate with a range of Product teams to create a comprehensive research and development roadmap that explores applications of emerging AI visual generative technologies that can deliver significant advancements.
- Work cross-functionally with a wide range of partner disciplines, e.g., engineering, design, data science, marketing, legal, and sales.
What we're looking for:
- Demonstrated success in applying emerging technologies into products at fast-growing companies.
- Strong product sense and ability to collaborate and get buy-in from stakeholders while setting a long-term vision.
- Strong analytical skills to define product and model development strategy, drive decision making, and enable trade-off discussions grounded in data and qualitative feedback.
- Previous experience in applied research and product incubation is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lead and operate in ambiguous environments and execute with urgency.
