Northrop Grumman’s Aeronautics Systems sector is seeking a Director, Subcontracts 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals on our Global Supply Chain team. In this role, the candidate will report directly to the Vice President of Supplier Relationship and Performance Management. This position manages a workforce deployed at multiple sites across the United States and will be located onsite in Redondo Beach, California.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 15 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, proposals, procurement, business management, contracts, engineering, or subcontracts OR a Master’s Degree with at least 12 years of experience in the same areas.
- Must have experience working with international and domestic suppliers.
- Must have direct experience in working with capture teams in developing and submitting compliant new business offers.
- Must have experience leading a team, process, and/or projects from conception to completion.
- Must have negotiation and organizational skills.
- Must have Government Contracting Experience (FAR, DFARS) and terms and conditions, contract types, and associated geometry.
- At minimum, an active DoD Secret SSBI level clearance is required to apply and to start the role.

- Demonstrated strong leadership and people management skills.
- The ability to deal effectively with competing priorities and deadlines.
- The ability to lead and influence internal and external customers.
Salary Range: $228,700 - $343,300
