As a Vice President of Revenue Management in the New Initiatives group within Commercial and Investment Bank - Payments, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you will be responsible for laying out, socializing, and implementing strategic pricing packages and solutions for clients based on industry segment and need. You will be responsible for building recommendations off of client usage data, cost, and analysis of the competitive space. You will work closely with bankers and leadership to lay out pricing solutions. You will further partner closely with product teams, bankers, and billing operations to implement the target solution(s). Finally, you will conduct ongoing analysis to measure success of pricing strategies and recommend changes based on new products being added, changing costs, or market trends.
Job Responsibilities
- Develops a pricing strategy and vision that delivers value to customers and the business
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover pricing solutions
- Owns, maintains, and develops a backlog to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Builds the framework and tracks key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, revenue, and feedback
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in revenue management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of pricing and bundling strategies
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
