Randstad is supporting a multinational power management company who is looking to hire data entry professionals. The hiring manager is seeking those who are able to ensure integrity and efficiency of information management. work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Enter alphanumeric data from various sources into computer databases and spreadsheets with precision and speed

• Verify accuracy of data input and correct any errors or discrepancies

• Organize and maintain electronic and paper files and records according to established procedures

• Retrieve and extract information from databases and files as needed

• Assist in compiling and organizing data for reports, presentations, or analysis

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects

• Follow data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of work

• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
