Job Summary:

Responsible for designing and optimizing manufacturing processes, validating equipment, and ensuring compliance with medical device quality standards and regulatory requirements.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • 2-4+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
  • Experience with ETO sterilization and validation.
  • Knowledge of Process V&V, IQ, OQ, PQ, TMV, and CAPA.
  • Familiarity with DFA/DFM principles and manufacturing documentation, including specifications, procedures, sampling methods, tolerance studies, and GD&T.
  • Proficiency with quality tools such as DMAIC, A3, 5 Whys, 6M, Ishikawa Diagrams, and Pareto Charts.
  • Experience with engineering drawings and GD&T.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Design manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining, and material handling.
  • Plan and optimize the arrangement of machinery within plant facilities for maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and document sequences of operations and procedures for fabricating tools, equipment, and components affecting product performance.
  • Adapt machine or equipment designs to factory and production conditions.
  • Incorporate inspection and test requirements into production plans as necessary.
  • Inspect machinery, equipment, and tools to verify performance and resolve quality issues through corrective actions.
  • Develop manufacturing processes with statistical process control techniques and implement as needed.
