Director, Product Line Management (M6)

Key Responsibilities
- Familiar with device wafer and die manufacturing process and clean room lab operation (FEOL and BEOL)
- Familiar with tool throughput, tack time, raw process time, tool utilization metrics
- Familiar with cycle time, WIP turn, moves, and operation efficiency metrics
- Understand how production capacity and cycle time can be calculated based on tool and operation efficiency metric parameters
- Analyze the lab worker work efficiency and tool utilization status, and make suggestions for productivity improvement
- Responsible to calculate the production line capacity and simulate the bottleneck tools and their impact
- Responsible to create the device production plan based on device shipment due date, device yield, manufacturing lead time and line capacity
- Responsible to daily monitor the production status (FEOL and BEOL) toward the business plan, and highlight any gaps or delay to be mitigated
- Make a proposed plan for future manufacturing volume expansion for additional tools or resource needs

U.S. Salary Range: $185,000.00 - $254,000.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
