Position Details:
• Title: Various positions
• Location: Green Cove Springs, FL (35 miles south of downtown Jacksonville)
• Travel/Schedule: (shifts have 10 hrs of built-in O/T weekly paid at 1.5X base rate)
• 1st shift: 5a - 3:30p (Mon-Fri)
• 2nd shift: 3:30p - 2a (Mon-Fri)
• Weekend shift: 4a - 4:30p (Fri-Mon)
• Compensation: Target annual compensation (base rate plus built in O/T)
• Maintenance Techs / Welders: $65K - $75K+
• Assemblers (Mechanical and Electrical): $55K - $65K

Position Descriptions:
Maintenance Technician (1st shift): The Plant Maintenance Technician will participate in the installation, repair, and upkeep of all facility assets, including manufacturing equipment, a fleet of overhead and other type cranes, a fleet of welding machines, LASERS, Plasma cutters, CNC equipment, Rollers, Benders, Mills, Lathes Robotic welders, Balance machines, Plate and angle rolling equipment, CNC saws, Paint booths, Sand Blast equipment, various mechanical systems, buildings and other structures. To be successful in this role you should have good hands-on experience with the troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of industrial equipment, hydraulics, electrical, etc. You must be able to effectively read and interpret technical diagrams and drawings.

Welder/Fitter (1st and 2nd shift): The Welder/Fitter will produce quality welds in a timely manner within set parameters and tolerances. You will lay out, fit, and fabricate metal components to assemble structural forms and parts using knowledge of welding techniques (primarily MiG), and engineering requirements. Interprets blueprints and drawings to produce specific weldments. You will also fit and weld parts to blueprints to form desired weldments, and train others as needed. Some other specific responsibilities include:
• Weld and fit parts together in sequence according to blueprints to achieve best outcome, ensuring all welds are to standard and penetrated.
• Trim parts with cutting torch or plasma for precise/proper fitment.
• Set Welding machine to proper setting for material thickness.
• Remove all weld balls and sharp corners from parts.
• Place parts on pallet with proper documentation to process in blast and prime.

Mechanical and Electrical Assemblers (1st and 2nd shift): As a Mechanical or Electrical Assembler, you will assemble or install components as instructed using required hand tools and/or power tools. You will prepare work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists, gathering parts, subassemblies, tools and materials. Specifically, you will prep chassis and install frames, hosing, and sub-assemblies onto custom unit using templates or reading measurements. You will also test proper function of final product/units.
