As an Estimator , you will play a key role in estimating and managing heavy civil projects throughout the Greater Phoenix area. While your primary focus will be on estimating large-scale projects, you'll also have the chance to manage select projects from bid award to completion , offering a full cradle-to-grave project experience. What You'll Do: Estimate and manage heavy civil construction projects throughout the Greater Phoenix area. Take charge of projects from bid through to completion, ensuring successful delivery. Collaborate with a dynamic team in a company with progressive leadership and a culture of excellence. What You Bring: 10 years of experience in Heavy Civil Construction , with a strong background in excavation, underground utilities, site concrete , or paving . Experience with ADOT (Arizona Department of Transportation) is preferred, but not required. Proficiency in Estimating software such as HCSS Heavy Bid, Bid2Win, Hard Dollar, AUTOCAD, Agtek, and/or Bluebeam. Competency in the Microsoft Office Suite . A 4-year degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required. Negotiated project experience and technical writing skills are a plus.
