Chief Commercial Officer

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead our company’s commercial efforts and drive revenue growth. As a key member of the executive team, the CCO will develop and execute our commercial strategy, oversee the sales, marketing, product development, and customer teams, and align these functions with the company’s strategic goals. This role is crucial to achieving our revenue targets and ensuring market expansion.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company’s commercial strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share growth through the acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing relationships.
- Align and evolve the commercial initiatives with the company’s strategic goals, product development and manufacturing capabilities, and long-term strategy
- Collaborate with the executive team to set revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets work as lead in closing key strategic accounts.
- Develop and manage sales processes, including lead generation, sales pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Lead pricing strategy, product positioning, and go-to-market planning.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Lead the Project Management Office and Manufacturing accounts organizations, in partnership with the VP of Engineering and VP of Operations, to deliver best in class project execution and product delivery
- Development and implementation of systems including performance metric dashboards for consistent reviews with customers/accounts.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address customer concerns.
- Drive revenue performance to targets and implement pricing strategies to improve profitability.
- Ensure product development project and manufacturing product portfolio are achieving revenue and profitability targets.
- Drive profitability and operational efficiency within the commercial functions.
- Provide direct supervision and leadership to Director of Sales & Marketing, Key Technology Segment Directors (PMO) and Director of Manufacturing Accounts.
- Foster a high-performance, results oriented culture and ensure continuous professional development of team members.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in senior commercial and operational roles, with a track record of driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance
