We are seeking a Head of Media Analytics & Insights responsible for the application of data driven insights into Amazon North America Stores (NAS) media planning, investment, and measurement process. As a leader in the team, you will be responsible as well to partner with stakeholder teams in the design and implementation of media attribution models across North America Stores.
Key job responsibilities
- Partner with our Customer Analytics team to design and lead the implementation of modern measurement plans and longer terms roadmaps.
- Develop and execute a NAS-wide measurement framework and KPIs that will be used to evaluate experiences and specific plans, campaigns, or investments across paid, owned, and earned media environments.
- Write documents and develop reporting providing clear analytics story - why the work is important, the truths that the analytics reveal, and the actions that should follow the analyses.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and groups, facilitating synergy between the central analytics teams and the marketing planning and activation functions.
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis.
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
