Description: As the Sr. Manager of Seller Governance and Enforcement Strategist, you will be leading a team consisting of policy managers, investigation ops, and program managers to design projects to ensure balance between growth and sustainability of the platform in each market.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead, cultivate, and provide global guidance to team members and design career development opportunities for them.
- Design sellers onboarding requirements and policies by conducting benchmark research and understanding sellers' profiling.
- Drive programs to mitigate risks while balancing frictions added to sellers.
- Establish processes and investigational framework to identify emerging bad actor attacks and respond to any regulatory inquiries.
- Support regional teams to drive key metric improvements in areas related to onboarding KYB/KYC processes, policy education, etc.
- Build global seller onboarding governance related capability, mechanism, monitoring, service, and support all regional teams to achieve governance targets.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of global professional experience in risk control, vendor management, payment risk, sanctions, etc.
- Great research and investigation skills, able to discover the unknown.
- At least 2 years of people management experience managing a size of 5 or more.
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
- Experience acting as a program manager and collaborating with XFN teams to drive end results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated past success working in a matrix environment and ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Understanding of regulatory trends related to E-Commerce in any US/EU/SEA market is a strong plus.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $172900 - $334400 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location.
