What You Will Do:

  • Manage staff and provide leadership aligned with the agency’s business plan and strategic vision.
  • Work closely with the CEO, CFO, and executive team to drive operational and financial results.
  • Collaborate with the CFO to achieve favorable financial outcomes and set growth-oriented goals.
  • Develop and implement effective growth strategies, measurement tools, and operational processes.
  • Provide accurate reports on agency operations, and collaborate on budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Encourage excellence and foster a positive work environment, ensuring adherence to agency policies and guidelines.
  • Serve as Compliance Officer, ensuring adherence to internal and external protocols and licensing requirements.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years of executive-level operational experience required.
  • Experience in Community Behavioral Health preferred; Clinical Licensure (LISW or LPCC) is a MUST.
  • Strong focus on budgeting, financial management, and corporate finance principles.
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to perform various physical tasks and use office equipment.
