Our client is the global leader in international relocations. We are currently seeking a Business Development Director to work at our locations in NJ and San Francisco, CA Area.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for all moving services sales activities, from lead generation to close in the assigned territory.
- Develops and implements agreed upon business plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the territory.
- Works within the sales and support team for the achievement of revenue generation and long-term sales goals in line with company vision and values.
- Responsible for the sales of professional moving services to corporations in respective territory.
- Demonstrates technical selling skills ability and moving service knowledge.
- Develops annual business plan in conjunction with VP North America Sales.
- Thorough understanding in the development of proposals and RFP responses.
- Self-driven individual with history of achieving production results.
- Maintains database of qualified leads through references, phone canvassing, face-to-face cold calling on HR, business owners and key executives.
- Creates and conducts effective presentations that identify prospects business problems, the effects of the problems, and solutions that will be achieved in utilizing company services.
- Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales and follow up in assigned territory.
- Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with company employees.
- Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects of various solutions the company offers to their business.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications/Experience Required:
- 2-5 years of experience in sales.
- Experience in moving services a plus.
- Experience in working with Supply Chain and HR Management.
- Willingness to travel and work in a global team.
- Proven ability to achieve sales production results.
- Sales training, presentation training a plus.
