Duties

• Represent clients during court proceedings and hearings, advocating effectively on their behalf.
• Conduct thorough legal research utilizing platforms such as Westlaw to support litigation efforts.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence, ensuring clarity and precision.
• Collaborate with colleagues to formulate case strategies and approaches, fostering a cooperative work environment.

Requirements

• Active bar admissions in both New Jersey and New York.
• Demonstrated trial experience with a track record of courtroom success.
• Strong research skills and familiarity with legal research tools.
• Excellent oral advocacy skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a courtroom setting.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
