Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience
- 7 years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment
- Advanced level understanding of customer experience
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Proven success in directing matrixed resources and delivering software, with Agile Scrum methodologies and other commonly used tools, across multiple teams
- Solid understanding of product management methodologies, including market research, ideation, user testing, and agile development
- Strong requirements elicitation and proven writing skills including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences
- Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools
- Deep technical understanding of mobile app technologies and platforms as well as online and mobile advertising technologies
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform product decisions
- Passion for creating exceptional user experiences
- Experience with successive elaboration and ability to develop Initiatives, Features and User Stories that the DevOps teams can ingest
- Experience in delivering large and complex business/technology initiatives as Product Manager or lead technology role
- Proven ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with Leadership, while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences including executives and non-technical leaders
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify/analyze/synthesize product use data and use the data to drive decisions
- Minimum requirement is in-office 3 days a week
Responsibilities
- T-Ads is looking for an experienced product manager that will be responsible for driving the vision, design, and product roadmap for our consumer media applications in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ideal candidates will have experience handling mobile consumer apps or ad-tech products and leading cross-functional teams to deliver new features and experiences on the product roadmap
- This role is also directly accountable for developing strong and productive relationships outside your lead teams with Sales and BD teams, partner organizations, dependent technology teams, and supporting vendors
- Own a complex, widely used, highly visible, consumer mobile product end-to-end
- Partner with internal stakeholders and business Leadership to understand and execute strategy, identify and capture product opportunities, prioritize features, establish project timelines, ensure successful product delivery and meet revenue goals
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in a large organization as well as outside vendors to continuously deliver new product features, improvements and updates
- Communicate, influence, and sell ideas to Leadership
- This includes regularly delivering product presentations and data-driven findings
- Monitor key product metrics and performance indicators, conduct A/B tests, and iterate on features to optimize user experiences
- Recognize and communicate technical challenges to partners and make educated trade-off decisions with teams, vendors and stakeholders concerning prioritization and timelines
- Conduct market research, gather user feedback, and analyze data to find opportunities for product innovation and improvement
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to drive product innovation
