Position Overview
Holton-Arms School is seeking a Head of Upper School effective July 1, 2025. The Head of Upper School will embody Holton’s motto to “find a way or make one.” Strong candidates will be advocates for girls’ education and will delight in working with Upper School students. The next Head of Upper School will be equipped to build genuine connections with students, families, and colleagues to ensure all parties are working in harmony to prepare Holton-Arms women to be agents of change and citizens of the world as they strive to “learn well, live well, and lead well.” The Head will also be ready to lead in concert with Holton’s institutional priorities of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging; health and wellbeing; and global education.
