Madrona Elementary is seeking a Office Assistant/Paraeducator I to join our team in preparation for the 2024-2025 school year!

SUMMARY: Office Assistant: The elementary school office assistant provides general clerical and secretarial support to the school site, communicating information to staff and to the public, providing complete and accurate records and providing information and/or direction as may be requested. Paraeducator I: The job of Paraeducator 1 provides support to the school's instructional program with specific responsibilities for working with individuals and/or small groups of students to assist in improving student achievement and implementing individual plans for instruction. In addition, Paraeducator 1 provides support for the operational duties within a school, monitors student behavior across school settings, and may also support in student safety, personal care, behavioral and physical supports that does not require unassisted lifting more than 35 pounds.
