Overview:

We are looking for candidates with 8+ years of experience in Oracle Finance Functional modules like AR, AP, GL, FA, and CM.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Guide the team of developers and create detailed IT Functional Designs and test scripts.
  2. Work on at least 2 full life cycle implementations on Fusion Financials.
  3. Assist business users during CRPs/SITs/UATs.
  4. Lead the configuration/setup, testing, training, implementation, and support of Oracle application modules.
  5. Oversee and ensure the development life cycle of projects in FA, including cost adjustments and Mass Retirements with custom dashboards using OAF.
  6. Participate in creating SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and TDD (Technical Design Document).
  7. Provide suggestions to avoid performance issues using the SQL tuning advisor.
  8. Analyze business requirements of assigned customers and/or project(s).
  9. Participate in Change Management and Approval processes.
  10. Work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
  11. Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Required Skills:

  1. Experience and knowledge of inter-dependency between all Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CA, P2P, O2C).
  2. Team handling experience.
  3. Ability to handle pressure in a start-up like environment.
  4. US Client facing experience is preferred.
  5. Great communication and presentation skills.
  6. Hands-on Application Configuration knowledge and experience.
  7. Experience with PL/SQL (mandatory), forms/reports, OAF, integration, XML publisher, BI Publisher.
  8. Strong in PL/SQL, tuning, and end-to-end testing.
  9. Functional knowledge is an added advantage.
  10. Knowledge of the Oracle A/R and GL tables.
  11. Ability to write SQL queries to extract A/R and GL data.
  12. Knowledge of standard Oracle reports.
  13. Complete knowledge of Oracle EBS development tools (RICE), PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, OAF, WEB-Adi, Form Personalization, Oracle EBS (11.5.10.2), Oracle EBS (12.2.5), Linux, Windows 7, and Windows 10.

Education Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, engineering, or a related field.
