Join us! The GoFundMe team is searching for an Analytics Manager on the Data Insights team to manage a growing team of data analysts. As the leader of the Data team’s Business Intelligence initiative you will work to build scalable reporting systems and data governance processes, optimize, develop and implement workflows, and ultimately effect change and improve efficiency throughout the organization.

The Job…
- Oversee and mentor a growing team of data analysts, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
- Spearhead the Business Intelligence initiative by developing and executing a robust data strategy that aligns with organizational goals
- Design and implement scalable reporting systems that empower stakeholders with actionable insights to drive rapid decision-making
- Develop and enforce data governance processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency and reliability across the organization
- Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and lead the optimization and development of new processes
- Work closely with stakeholders at all levels to scope projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-impact BI solutions
- Continuously seek out opportunities to leverage data insights for meaningful organizational change, driving improvements in efficiency and effectiveness

- 7+ years experience in a business intelligence, analytics or similar role
- 2+ years experience managing a team
- Expert in using and developing Business Intelligence/Data Visualization tools (Looker a plus) to build dashboards, reports, etc
- Experience managing Business Intelligence tools/systems (implementation experience a plus)
- Expert data visualization skills
- SQL Proficiency and knowledge of relationship databases
- Demonstrated experience scaling reporting, information architecture, and data governance/quality
- Basic knowledge of ETL best practices
- Demonstrated experience working cross functionally with stakeholders of various levels to scope and prioritize work

The total annual salary for this full-time position is $170,000 - $220,000 + equity + benefits. As this is a remote position, the salary range was determined by role, level, and possible location across the US. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
