Job Title: Office Assistant (Contract to Hire)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and manage guest check-ins
  • Coordinate and manage meeting spaces
  • Handle office food orders and manage related accounts
  • Oversee the ordering of office supplies and maintain related processes
  • Manage internal administrative tasks, including badge distribution
  • Perform occasional errands as needed
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as document preparation and answering calls
  • Support special projects across various departments, based on skills and interest

Must-Haves:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic tech skills
  • Professional presentation with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with diverse teams
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to the team
