Why We Are Looking for an HR Manager:
Analogix is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to support our operations across multiple regions, including the USA, Taiwan, and Korea. This strategic role is critical in ensuring that our HR processes align with business goals, drive employee engagement, and maintain compliance with local laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will help us build and sustain a strong, high-performing workforce by managing key HR functions such as recruitment, payroll, compensation, employee relations, and training while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations & Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments for employees in the USA, Taiwan, and Korea, including both standard and variable pay. Address payroll discrepancies and ensure compliance with local regulations. Manage benefits administration, including negotiations with providers to optimize offerings.
- Compensation & Job Structure: Regularly update job competencies, job grades, salary bands, and leveling guides to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to design and implement effective compensation plans aligned with company goals.
- Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring effective sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new employees. Oversee offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and a smooth transition.
- Leave Management & Employee Relations: Oversee employee leaves of absence, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws. Provide guidance to employees on leave entitlements and return-to-work procedures, while maintaining positive employee relations.
- Global HR Alignment & Support: Collaborate with the global HR team to ensure alignment of HR policies, processes, and practices across regions (USA, Taiwan, Korea, China), while adapting to local legal and cultural requirements. Act as the HR point of contact for regions.
- Policy & Process: Continuously update HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks, and performance review processes to ensure compliance and best practices across all regions.
- Training & Development: Design and implement cross-departmental training programs for leadership development, skill-building, and employee engagement.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on HR metrics such as payroll, benefits, recruitment, training, leave management, and employee engagement, using data-driven insights to support decision-making and process improvements.
- Event Planning & Office Administration: Organize company events, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs that align with company culture. Oversee office administrator to maintain an efficient work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR management, with a focus on recruiting, compensation and benefits, employee development, leave management, and HR process management.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, benefits management, compensation structures, recruiting practices, and leave of absence administration.
- Experience in managing recruiting processes, onboarding, offboarding, and employee leaves across multiple regions.
- Experience working in a multi-country or international environment, with understanding of HR regulations in the USA, Taiwan, and Korea.
- Experience working with global HR teams to align policies and practices across multiple regions.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work cross-functionally with various team.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
- Experience with HRIS, payroll software, and other HR technologies.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR practices in the USA, Taiwan, and Korea.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs for professional and cross-departmental development.
- Competitive Salary & Benefits: 100% health coverage for employees, 90% for dependents, 401(k) with 1:1 match up to 4%.
- Total Annual Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000.
