Location: Remote (CST), preference for New Orleans, LA
Rate: Up to $60/hr | Temp-to-Hire converting to up to $120k

Clutch is looking for an Ad Operations Associate Director with media agency experience for our client.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and lead a team of ad operations specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to optimize their performance.
  • Manage the entire campaign lifecycle, from initial planning and trafficking to optimization and reporting.
  • Ensure timely and accurate campaign setup, launch, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and implement strategies to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ad tech vendors and partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies and platforms.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital advertising operations within a media agency setting.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in ad servers, DSPs, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience with programmatic advertising and data-driven optimization.
