Patent Attorney
Responsibilities include:
- Preparation and prosecution of patents
- Providing legal opinions
- Portfolio management
- Due diligence
- Litigation support
Work with high profile clients on sophisticated projects, with opportunities to support patent attorneys on other legal issues.
Experience with a diverse array of hardware and/or software applications is preferred, including:
- Industrial and consumer electronics
- Wireless telecommunications
- Enterprise applications
- Network security
- Network protocols
- Databases
- Web and cloud services
- Operating systems
- Software user interfaces
- Open source technologies
Attorney Requirements:
Minimum qualifications include:
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science
- Juris Doctor (JD)
- State bar membership
- Patent Bar membership
- At least 2 years of experience in patent law
