Human Resources Director

We have a great opportunity for an HR Director with a prestigious beauty company in Manhattan, NY.

Looking for:

1. Demonstrated employee relations experience, including providing clear guidance in difficult or ambiguous situations
2. Executive and leadership coaching experience
3. Experience in the change management aspect of new programs and initiatives
4. Strong knowledge of Labor Standards Policies/Guidelines and other relevant legislation
5. CHRL/CHRE designation or in progress
