Our fast-paced business immigration practice has an opportunity for an experienced Business Immigration Paralegal to work with our San Francisco based team! Under attorney supervision, the Immigration Paralegal II will be responsible for the preparation and filing of a variety of nonimmigrant visa petitions. The paralegal compiles and analyzes case facts, drafts correspondence, maintains and organizes client documentation, and communicates directly with multiple attorneys.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
- 2+ years of employment-based Immigration Paralegal experience required, preferably in a large law firm environment.
- Experience drafting H-1B, L-1, TN petitions, including forms and support letters, is required.
- Successful candidates must be an efficient and concise writer who is not afraid to ask questions and is open to feedback for the constant improvement of work product.
- Must have excellent attention to detail, be able to multi-task, and work independently as a self-starter toward team goals.
- Outstanding organizational skills are required.
- Strong proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and document management systems.

Benefits
In accordance with California’s amended labor code as stated in Senate Bill 1162, the expected salary range for this California position is between $75,000 and $116,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. This position qualifies for the benefits below.
