GENERAL MANAGER, OUTLET

WHO YOU ARE:

As a General Manager, you will own recruiting, developing, and training a staff of elevated managers and associates while strategically driving the business through proactive planning, innovation and execution.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Empower, develop, and motivate the team to drive results through delegating responsibilities and delivering an elevated customer experience.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent through succession planning and demonstrating strong leadership skills.
  • Train management to deliver operational excellence in all store processes while adhering to store budget.
  • Develop strategic plan to drive sales through business analytics and achieving productivity goals.
  • Resolve all human resources issues in a timely and effective manner, partnering with HR when necessary.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and ability to multitask in a fast-paced store environment.

YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:

  • 8+ years of relevant retail experience as a proven leader, multi-unit experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree required

Compensation Range:

$112,000.00 - $135,000.00
