The role involves handling patent infringement litigation in district court, Federal Circuit appeals, PTAB proceedings, tech transactions, and patent-adjacent cases such as antitrust and trade secret matters.

Duties:

• Represent clients in patent litigation matters, including district court proceedings, Federal Circuit appeals, PTAB proceedings, and related cases.
• Provide legal advice and guidance on patent-related issues, including tech transactions, antitrust, and trade secret cases.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and participate in all phases of litigation.
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and colleagues to develop and execute litigation strategies.

Requirements:

• Exceptional academic achievements, with a strong law school record.
• Proven litigation and writing skills.
• 1-3 years of experience in patent litigation.
• Technical degree or relevant work experience preferred.
• Admission to the California Bar is preferred.
• Patent Office registration is a plus.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
