Sr Manager, GTM Strategic Analytics (SLF)
The GTM Planning and Strategy department for Small Law is responsible for crafting and executing go-to-market strategies that support Small Law's growth through channel optimization, enablement, operationalization, and measurement. We work collaboratively and cross-functionally to drive revenue supporting programs across data, systems, demand generation, partnerships, sales, onboarding, and customer success.
About the Role
In this opportunity as a Sr Manager, GTM Strategic Analytics (SLF) you will:
Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to inform and measure the effectiveness of GTM strategies.
Strategic Planning Support
- Assist in the development and execution of GTM strategies by managing project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with broader company goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to integrate GTM strategies into their plans.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic planning and resource allocation.
Operational Efficiency
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of GTM operations.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of GTM initiatives.
- Ensure optimal resource planning and allocation to support GTM activities.
Customer and Sales Enablement
- Provide the sales team with necessary tools, data, and insights to enhance their effectiveness and close deals more efficiently.
- Develop and deliver training materials and programs to improve the sales force's understanding of GTM strategies.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously refine and improve GTM tactics and customer engagement strategies.
Product Launch Coordination
- Coordinate the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring all GTM activities are well-aligned and executed on time.
- Assess market readiness and develop strategies to effectively position new products in the market.
- Establish a feedback loop with product development teams to gather market reception data and improve future product offerings.

About You

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following metro locations: Los Angeles, New York City, San Francisco, Washington, DC. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $112,400 - $208,800. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
