Marketing Campaign Manager - Customer Expansion We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Campaign Manager to join our Growth Marketing team and focus on driving customer expansion and increased consumption. This role is ideal for someone with experience in creating targeted, full-funnel marketing campaigns, collaborating across functions, and helping customers unlock the full potential of our Informatica solutions. Position Overview: As the Marketing Campaign Manager - Customer Expansion, you will play a key role in executing strategic, end-to-end campaigns designed to deepen engagement with our existing customer base. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales and Customer Success teams to develop campaigns that expand the reach and adoption of Informatica solutions, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of the business by focusing on customer lifecycle marketing and identifying new opportunities for our customers to expand the Informatica solutions they own and use. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead the development and execution of full-funnel, multi-channel marketing campaigns targeted at existing customers to drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Focus on growth strategies to expand customer engagement and product adoption. Cross-Channel Marketing: Design and implement integrated campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, content development and other channels to ensure consistent messaging and targeting across all touchpoints. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create tailored messaging and offers that align with customer needs and business objectives. Work closely with various stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities for customer expansion and to collect customer feedback for campaign optimization. Customer Segmentation & Personalization: Analyze customer data to identify key segments and develop targeted campaigns that speak to the unique needs and challenges of each group. Implement a data-driven approach to personalize messaging, offers and product recommendations based on customer behavior and usage patterns. End-to-End Campaign Management: Own the campaign lifecycle from planning and concept to execution, measurement and optimization. Manage timelines, resources and budgets while ensuring timely delivery and effective cross-functional collaboration. Measurement & Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for each campaign and measure success based on customer engagement, conversion and revenue growth. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, analyzing results and providing actionable insights for future campaign improvements. Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Conduct A/B testing, gather customer feedback, and analyze campaign data to continually optimize and refine campaign strategies. Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective. Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment. Proven track record of managing and executing full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns focused on customer retention, expansion, or product adoption. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, customer success, and data/analytics teams. Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (email, social media, paid media, webinars, etc.) and tools (CRM systems, marketing automation platfo Expertise in customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing and creating personalized customer experiences. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights. Excellent project management skills with t e ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with and influence key internal teams.
