LiveRamp is seeking an innovative and strategic Head of Data and Analytics to lead our data-driven initiatives across the organization. Reporting to the CIO, this role will oversee the foundational data platforms, Business Analytics, and Product Intelligence functions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data architecture, analytics, and business intelligence, coupled with a hands-on approach to executing a comprehensive data strategy.
Vision and Strategy:
- Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for data and analytics at LiveRamp, ensuring alignment with the company's long term strategic objectives. Drive cross-functional innovation and influence the broader organizational strategy through data driven insights and initiatives.
- Lead the transformation of data infrastructure and analytics capabilities to support enterprise-wide decision-making.
- Advocate for and implement best practices in data management, analytics, and governance.
Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of data engineers, business intelligence and product intelligence professionals, while also partnering and influencing senior leaders across various departments.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Commercial, Finance as well as other teams within BT to ensure data strategies align with business goals.
- Drive a data-centric culture, promoting the value of data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Execution and Implementation:
- Own the end-to-end execution of the data strategy, from data acquisition to data visualization, ensuring alignment with the broader company vision.
- Lead large scale transformation projects and manage complex, multi-functional initiatives that significantly impact business outcomes.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and management of scalable data architectures, pipelines, and analytics tools.
- Ensure the timely delivery of data insights that empower product teams to optimize product performance and customer experiences.
- Experienced in designing and implementing robust business intelligence systems that streamline KPI reporting, enhance data visualization, and support real-time decision-making.
Technology and Tools:
- Leverage modern data technologies including BigQuery, DBT, FiveTran, Tableau, and other relevant tools to build a robust data ecosystem.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools that enhance data processing, storage, and analysis capabilities.
- Implement automation and process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability of data operations.
Governance and Compliance:
- Establish and maintain data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop policies and procedures for data management, access, and usage across the organization.
- Monitor and manage data privacy and security risks, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
About you:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in data and analytics roles, with a proven track record in leadership positions.
- Demonstrated experience in driving large scale transformations and influencing executive level decisions that align with the company’s long term strategic goals.
- Extensive experience with data platforms, data warehousing, ETL processes, and business intelligence tools.
- Proficiency in technologies such as BigQuery, DBT, FiveTran, Tableau, and related tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Knowledge of advanced analytics, machine learning, and data science methodologies.

The approximate annual base compensation range is $256,500 to $302,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
