Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining information in our databases and systems. This role requires strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately input and update data into various computer systems and databases.
  • Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies and resolve discrepancies.
  • Organize and maintain files and records, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval.
  • Generate reports, summaries, and data extractions as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing, as required.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry or related fields is a plus.
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
