- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop strategies for high-profile cases.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on intricate copyright issues, particularly those related to technology.
- Guide clients on copyright-related matters and ongoing legal challenges.
- Contribute to case strategy development and provide insights on the intersection of technology and copyright law.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of law firm experience with a focus on intellectual property and copyright litigation.
- Strong understanding of the relationship between technology and copyright law.
- Technical background is preferred but not required.
- Excellent academic credentials and experience handling complex legal cases.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding research and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently while managing a high volume of cases.

- Admitted to the state bar where the attorney is practicing (California preferred, other jurisdictions are a plus).
Education:
