  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop strategies for high-profile cases.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on intricate copyright issues, particularly those related to technology.
  • Guide clients on copyright-related matters and ongoing legal challenges.
  • Contribute to case strategy development and provide insights on the intersection of technology and copyright law.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of law firm experience with a focus on intellectual property and copyright litigation.
  • Strong understanding of the relationship between technology and copyright law.
  • Technical background is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent academic credentials and experience handling complex legal cases.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding research and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while managing a high volume of cases.
  • Proven leadership skills and a proactive approach to client management.
  • Admitted to the state bar where the attorney is practicing (California preferred, other jurisdictions are a plus).

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the California State Bar (or eligibility to practice in California).
  • Additional bar memberships in other jurisdictions are a plus.
