Manager, Analytics

Signal is seeking an experienced and passionate Manager, Analytics to join our team and help drive successful public affairs campaigns through data-driven insights. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, clients, and data partners to optimize campaign performance, communicate success, and steward the growth of Signal’s analytics practice.

What You'll Do:

  1. Analyze data from digital and traditional media channels to provide insights and recommendations.
  2. Monitor cross-channel performance, including websites, ads, print, and social media to drive campaign optimization.
  3. Ensure data accuracy and streamline reporting processes.
  4. Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leaders, connecting directly with clients.
  5. Collaborate with teams to refine strategies and attend weekly client meetings to share insights.

The Model Candidate:

  1. Strong communicator who can simplify complex data for diverse audiences.
  2. Proactively engages teams to optimize campaigns and improve client outcomes.
  3. Brings a positive, curious, and detail-oriented mindset to internal and client teams each day.
  4. Highly detail-oriented, and able to see the campaign throughline from goals to tactics to KPIs.

Qualifications:

  1. 3-5 years of experience in marketing/communications analytics, or closely related discipline.
  2. Strong project management skills and advanced Excel knowledge.
  3. Experience with social media, digital marketing analytics, and conversion tracking.
  4. Proficient in web analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  5. Advanced analytics and data visualization (Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI) skills a plus.

We believe in supporting our team and offer a generous salary and benefits package. The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000.
