Job Description Computer Network Knowledge (CNK) Software Engineer, Clearance Required - TS/SCI w/Polygraph Please note, this position requires all candidates to currently possess an active Top-Secret SCI Clearance with a Polygraph. This position is not an opportunity to be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance. The Work: This contract supports compliance solutions and integration, as well as development and sustainment of analytic services and hosting platforms to sustain analytics, threads, and services to enable the agency and tactical customers' missions and goals throughout the extended enterprise. Minimum Qualifications: A current Top-Secret/SCI government security clearance with polygraph is required. Full stack development Experience with Java Experience with Linux Experience with web development using Java/JavaScript technologies such as Vue.js, Node.js, Bootstrap, JSON, SQL Bonus Points: Experience with MapReduce and Pig Cloud development experience such as Hadoop, Big Data (Cloudbase/Accumulo and Big Table) as well as JSON/BSON Experience with analytic development Experience with Python and streaming capabilities Experience with Software Configuration Management Tools such as JIRA, GIT, Confluence, and Agile Methodologies As a CNK Software Engineer, You Will Develop, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse software systems (e.g., processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, manipulation of extremely large data sets, real-time systems, and business management information systems) based upon documented requirements. Work individually or as part of a team. Review and test software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test results. Resolve software problem reports. Utilize software development and software design methodologies appropriate to the development environment. Provide specific input to the software components of system design to include hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, use of Commercial Off-the-shelf (COTS)/Government Off-the-shelf (GOTS) in place of new development, and requirements analysis and synthesis from system level to individual software components.
