Machine Operator

FULL-TIME

$21/hr

- Complete set up and operation of designated machine
- Follows production schedule for maximum machine efficiency
- Accurately reports set up time, run speed, downtime and waste in the production scheduling system for each job
- Knows, understands and follows all plant and general safety rules
- Conducts accurate and thorough quality checks

** Hourly wage ranges between $21.00 to $25.50

Schedule

Shift start: 11:00PM
Shift length: 8 - 10 hours
Sunday through Wednesday, 11:00pm to 7:15am and Thursday, 11:00pm to 6:00am OR Monday through Thursday, 2:45pm to 11:15pm and Friday, 1:30pm to 7:30pm

Qualifications

• Must pass drug screen (cannabis included)
• Must pass background check
• Can lift 40 lbs
• Must be at least 18+ years old

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) 1 to 3 years of related manufacturing or machine operating experience Ability to add, subtract, multiple and divide and correctly read a tape measure Ability to meet product specifications and quality standards of our Customers and Great Northern – CF A strong understanding of the importance of safety A team player who is driven to learn every day
