NYS RN Care Manager - In-Person Training - Then Fully Remote - MLTC Job at Compa

Compass Healthcare Consulting & Placement is conducting a search for experienced NYS RN Care Managers for MLTC Managed Care Plan, Case Management. Qualified candidates will have prior MLTC or MAP RN Care Management experience. Position has in-person training in Manhattan office for 2 weeks, and then is Fully Remote, doing telephonic Case Management. Must have NYS RN and reside in NY, NJ or CT. Bilingual Spanish, Bilingual Cantonese, Bilingual Mandarin, Bilingual Hindi, or Bilingual Urdu languages a plus!

RN Care Manager Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Director and Supervisor of care management, this position will provide telephonic case management to our members including medical, social, psychological, physical and spiritual needs by developing, implementing and monitoring the member's care plan in conjunction with the PCP, caregivers and other team members in order to help meet the member's needs. managed care nurse, managed care rn, nursing, rn, nurse, care management

Qualifications:

• NYS RN license required

• Must reside within NY, NJ or CT

• CCM preferred

• At least 1+ years of RN experience in managed care, home care, acute care or nursing home preferred

• Bilingual Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin), Bilingual Spanish, Bilingual Korean, Bilingual Bengali, Bilingual Hindi or Bilingual Urdu languages a plus!

• Prior experience in an interdisciplinary service delivery environment preferred. Working knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
