Job Title: New Bern Auto Group Marketing/Social Media Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing/Social Media Manager to join our automotive dealership team. This individual will lead the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies and social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in digital marketing trends, social media management, and the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution

•Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote dealership inventory, services, and events.

•Coordinate with sales and service departments to align marketing efforts with business goals.

•Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

•Create and manage promotional campaigns, including advertising, email marketing, and event sponsorships.

Social Media Management

•Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn).

•Monitor social media channels, responding promptly to customer inquiries, reviews, and comments.

•Develop strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, and drive traffic to the dealership's website.

•Utilize paid social media campaigns to promote inventory and dealership events effectively.

Content Creation

•Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers to produce high-quality content, including videos, photos, graphics, and blog posts.

•Write and edit engaging captions, posts, and ads that resonate with the target audience.

•Showcase inventory highlights, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes dealership content.

Analytics & Reporting

•Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and social media initiatives.

•Use analytics tools to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.

•Provide insights and recommendations based on data to adjust strategies as needed.

Collaboration & Brand Management

•Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns reflect the dealership's brand identity and messaging.

•Work closely with third-party vendors, advertising agencies, and marketing platforms as needed.

•Maintain relationships with local community organizations for sponsorships and partnerships.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

•2+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a related role (preferably in the automotive industry).

•Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

•Creative thinking and a results-driven mindset.

•Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and email marketing is a plus.

•Knowledge of the automotive industry and dealership operations is preferred.
