Being part of a Global Sourcing team, our Talent Acquisition Sourcing & Attraction Partner will be a crucial pillar in our recruitment success story. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier candidates across various regions and functions. Your expertise in sourcing methodologies and your ability to build strong candidate pipelines will help us hire the best talent and stand out in a competitive market. This role will be based primarily in office with the potential to be hybrid out of our Chicago Corporate Offices.


What You'll Do:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for diverse roles, utilizing a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry-specific platforms.
  2. Collaboratively work with the recruitment team to understand talent requirements and create targeted candidate profiles.
  3. Proactively source and screen passive candidates while providing a seamless candidate experience throughout the process.
  4. Forge strong relationships with prospective candidates, effectively communicating our value propositions and job opportunities.
  5. Stay up to date with market trends, competitor analysis, and recruitment best practices to continuously improve our sourcing methodologies.
  6. Gather data around competition and market conditions or trends that may impact our ability to find and hire the right talent.
  7. Challenge the status quo through meaningful data that informs a better and stronger recruiting process.
  8. Act as a cultural ambassador to create a strong brand identity through our social media platforms and create enticing marketing materials to brand JLL in new markets and attract top talent.
  9. Effectively create inclusive market maps which holistically share the desired talent pool from within and outside CRE.

Your profile:

  1. 1-3+ years of recruitment experience
  2. Advanced & Creative sourcing skills - Boolean Searches, Social Media Sourcing, passive candidates sourcing. Passion for "hunting" top talent through creative strategies
  3. Strong client/stakeholder management is a HUGE plus
  4. Avature or Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) technology experience
  5. Excellent influencing and communication skills with the ability to present data to senior leaders to establish credibility and build trust
  6. Strong knowledge of industry, market, and talent trends that may influence recruiting
  7. Tech savvy - easily adopts and leverages technology to work more efficiently
  8. Proactive & Growth mindset - adapt to changes, embrace innovation, and continuously improve themselves
