Residential Architectural Designer/Drafter

A highly respected and growing Custom Home Builder in the Area is looking for a Residential Architectural Designer/Drafter 

Qualifications:

• 5 year of experience in construction (commercial or residential) 
• Develop creative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs for commercial construction projects, including office spaces, retail centers, healthcare facilities, and industrial buildings.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, goals, and budgets, translating them into detailed design concepts.
• Create architectural drawings, renderings, and specifications using CAD and BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Prepare detailed construction documents, including plans, sections, elevations, and material specifications.
• Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and other construction-related documents.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and ADA regulations.
