Let’s talk.Key Responsibilities:Define Applications & AI product requirements and objectives through market analysis, user research, competitive analysis etc., ensuring alignment with overall business goals.Conducting research and define technology requirements in the areas of Audio/Voice/Speech, sensors/multi factor gesture recognition among others and arrive at near term and long term technology roadmapConducting research to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI, LLM, machine learning, and deep learning techniques and identify opportunities to integrate them into our products and services.Contributing to the establishment of best practices and standards for technology and AIML experiences development within the organization.You will work closely with a cross-functional team including engineers, technology architects, marketers, and sales professionals to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.Define and execute SW technology roadmap for PC/Devices/Peripherals (both AI and legacy) based experiences, ensuring alignment with HPs strategic goals.Work closely with customers to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into product design and features.Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support sales enablement.Measure and analyze product performance, using data to inform future product decisions and improvements.Drive build vs buy strategy, engage with 3P vendors and drive negotiations and help solidify HP differentiation while helping identify 1P alternatives and cost optimization opportunitiesFacilitate communication and collaboration across different teams within HP to ensure product success.Effective storyteller with excellent communication skills. Experience driving recommendation to executive decision makers and secure buy in and alignment.Qualifications:7-10 years industry experience.7+ years of experience product management experienceExperience working in a similar role for a PC/peripherals OEM and developing technology roadmap for delivering PC/Device experience is a strong plusExperience developing solutions for Audio/Voice/Speech, sensors/multi factor gesture recognition experiences on PCs/devices/peripherals2 years AI/ML or 1 year Gen AI experience with solid understanding of AI/ML systems, frameworks, developer workflows, ML model architectures, development platforms and software preferredSolid understanding of Large Language Models, generative AI features, models, and controls, emerging gen AI landscapeUnderstanding of software stack for AI/ML hardware, including firmware, drivers, compilers, and runtime environmentsStrong technical background with expertise in product definition, user research, market analysis, product market fit analysis,Passion for technology and innovation, with a customer centric approach to product developmentMaster’s degree candidate in data science, computer science, computer engineering, AI/ML, or related field of engineering.
